*** Singapore is known for overall being mature souls, meaning many, many, many more lifetimes than young souls, of which America is an example. The mature soul has had so many lifetimes that it is more concerned with the why something is being done than, as the young soul does, "do it my way." I'm an older soul myself. Singapore makes a lot more sense to me than North America.

Where I live in North Carolina, it's annoying, this attitude of "it's my right to do whatever I want with my property, even if it's to destroy it, clear-cut it." America is overrun with the poor, the destitute, and crime. And not to mention the out-of-control grifting, scheming, and gouging. Many of us, including myself, pay property taxes, and we don't see a bloody nickel going into the infrastructure or anything. Out here, the worthy highway projects are being done with federal money. The county money is gone. Taxes, property taxes, gone. I will lay money that the Singapore education system is far more able to actually teach the children something, as in, say, the use of language, the understanding of cause and effect and consequences. America, on the other hand, the schools are a madhouse, an asylum. Ask the students; they'll tell you.
